Sabarmati Saraswait Shivam Enclave – The dream of a having a piece of land in Hi-Tech Colony seems to be coming true. The allotment of plots of three hi-tech housing societies of Bareilly Development Authority was opened on 18th December 2021 through lottery draw. There were 849 registrations for 430 plots out of which the names of all the allottees were announced. When the names of the registrants came out one by one, they had a smile on their faces. The BDA has earned 125 crores from the auction of the plot. Sabarmati Enclave has plots of 72 sqm and 112.5 sqm. Saraswati Enclave has plots of 112.5 and 150 sqm, while in Shivam Enclave plots of 162, 288 and 450 sqm will be allotted.
The BDA Bareilly has received an income of about Rs 200 Crore. There is a steady increase in the income of BDA from the sale of plots in Ramganga Nagar. Recently, BDA has also made an FD of Rs 300 crore.Sabarmati Saraswait Shivam Enclave
Bareilly Development Authority’s Ramganga Nagar housing project has allotted 430 plots in three new gated colonies Saraswati, Sabarmati and Shivam Enclave. With the participation of a large number of allottees in these colonies and showing great interest in the purchase, the BDA has earned an income of about Rs 125 crore. BDA vice-president Joginder Singh informed that the registration of all the three schemes was opened till December 14, in which 849 registrations were done by the general public showing great interest for registration. A total of 430 plots created in these colonies were allotted on Saturday through lottery draw. The Authority has received an income of about 125 crores from the sale of the allotted plots.
Apart from this, in view of the enthusiasm of the general public in Sabarmati Saraswait Shivam Enclave, the registration of Gated Colony Satyam Enclave was opened on 45 meter road connecting Dohra Road to Bisalpur Road in Ramganga Nagar Residential Scheme by Bareilly Development Authority in Sector-9 from 15th December to 30th December.
