In the Ramganga Nagar housing scheme of Bareilly Development Authority, about 6570 sq.m. of occupied land, which was occupied by demolishing illegal constructions, encroaching on the land acquired by the authority, was freed, which is worth about Rs.17.50 crores.
In Sector-03 of Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme of the Authority, Shri Hariom Maurya son Shri Tulsi Ram resident- Chandpur Bichpuri, Bareilly had illegally occupied about 6150.00 sq.m. Gata No.-147 under Sector-01 in which the names of Shri Yamuna Prasad, Shri Hardayal son Shri Bhuparam and Shri Uma Shankar, Shri Ramakant son Shri Vedaram Patron Smt. Resham Pyari wife Shri Vedaram are mentioned as original tenants, but about 420 sq.m.
Illegal constructions were done by occupying the land, which was demolished on the spot and the said land was freed from possession. In this way, about 6570 sq.m. land of Bareilly Development Authority was freed from possession, which cost about Rs.17.50 crore.
At the time of implementation of the said demolition, Executive Engineer, Mr. Ashu Mittal, Assistant Engineer, Mr. Pramod Kumar Gupta, Mr. RK Chaudhary, Mr. Anil Kumar, all the junior engineers and staff of the Authority and the SHO, with the cooperation of police force and PAC force of Bithri Chainpur police station. Peaceful action was taken.
All the general public are informed that in no case any illegal occupation / encroachment / illegal construction / purchase / sale should be done on the acquired land of the Authority / land owned by the State Government by the Bareilly Development Authority, otherwise the concerned Strict action will be taken against him.
