With the increase in the width of the main entry routes of the city, the preparations for giving a grand look to the entry point have also intensified. BDA has started work on the ground to make a grand entrance at the main entry point of the city. The work of construction of entry point is being done rapidly.
After Ram Dwar at Invertis Tiraha, now the construction of Bharat Dwar on Jhumka Tirahe has also been started. It is worth mentioning that on behalf of the Bareilly Development Authority, the work of making Badaun Road six lane along Shahjahanpur Road from Nakatiya to Raju Paraspur, Delapeer Tiraha to Barrier Two. Four-lane construction is also being done on Rampur Road from Mini Bypass to Jhumka Tiraha. Along with this, a project has also been prepared to build grand gates at the entry points of all the three major roads. Ram Dwar near Invertis University will be built by BDA, Laxman Dwar on Badaun Road and Bharat Dwar on Rampur Road. Soon the work of construction of gates will be completed everywhere.
After the completion of the assembly election process, the exercise of taking important development projects on the ground has intensified. A meeting of the Smart City Board of Directors is going to be held under the chairmanship of the commissioner on Monday.
In the meeting, important projects like Qutubkhana , Subhashnagar Overbridge along with handicraft center and other projects related to the development of the city will be discussed. Officers and technical engineers will discuss for speedy development work under Smart City. In the meeting, along with the officers of Smart City, BDA Vice Chairman , Secretary, Municipal Corporation officials, PWD, Setu Nigam, Power Corporation, Jal Nigam and other departments will be there. In the meeting, emphasis will also be laid on creating co-ordination between the departments.
BDA Vice Chairman Joginder Singh said that instructions have been given to expedite the construction of the grand gate. Soon the work will be completed everywhere. After the work is completed, you will be greeted by an attractive entrance upon entry into the city.
