Today, on 04-04-2022, the Vice Chairman Mr. Joginder Singh , Bareilly Vikas Pradhikaran inspected the infrastructure and works of Ramganga Nagar residential scheme being done by the authority. During the inspection, Shri Yogendra Kumar, Secretary, Shri Ashu Mittal, Executive Engineer, Shri RK Chaudhary, Assistant Engineer, Shri Pramod Kumar Gupta, Assistant Engineer, Shri Kavleshwar Prasad, Assistant Engineer, other engineers and concerned contractors were present.
Executive Club Road was inspected by the Vice Chairman , Bareilly Vikas Pradhikaran. After inspection, it was directed that the road should be made from the side by enclosing the old peepal tree and instructions were given to remove the remaining electric poles and complete the black top of the road within three days in each case and beyond the bridge of Nakatiya river. The road was filled with water, immediately after removing it, the construction work of the road should be started by pouring ballast etc., so that the general public does not have to face inconvenience for movement. The concerned contractors were directed to get the above work done on top priority.
There are many illegal occupants in Sabarmati and Brahmaputra Enclave in Sector-01 of Ramganga Nagar Housing Scheme, in relation to them, the concerned Assistant Engineers / Junior Engineers were directed to make these people aware that plots and flats are being provided to them at affordable rates. and 14 people have given written consent to take alternate plots by appearing before the Secretary, BDA and they will be allotted alternate plots within two days and they have also voluntarily requested to give up illegal possession on the acquired land of BDA. The letter has been given.
The pavement adjacent to the boundary wall of Sector-01 was inspected, after the inspections, the contractor was directed that the quality of work should be fine so that there would be no inconvenience in the movement of farmers etc. The road being constructed for the movement of the villagers of Pahargana village was also inspected and it was directed that the said construction work should be completed at the earliest so that the villagers can get a good road for movement. The road being constructed for Ramnagar and Mohanpur was also inspected and it was directed that the work of construction of the road should be completed at the earliest so that better roads could be available for the movement of the villagers.
Inspection of Savarmati Enclave, Brihamputra Enclave was done in Sector-1. On the spot, the concerned Assistant Engineer / Under Engineer and the contractor were directed to complete the work within the stipulated time period.
Expressing displeasure over the very slow pace of development works in Ganga, Narmada and Kaveri Enclave in Sector-2, the concerned AE/JE and contractor were instructed to expedite the development works immediately. While inspecting the new office of the Authority, the concerned AE/JE and the contractor were directed that the work of the third floor slab should be completed in every case in this month. Executive Engineer was directed to finalize the design of Nidhivan Park at the earliest.
Directions were given to make quality road construction work in Alakhnanda Enclave in Sector-4 and to fill the soil on the site track so that tree plantation can be started in time.
The shopping complex being built in Sector-5 and 7 was inspected, the progress of work was found to be very slow during the inspection. For this, the concerned AE/JE and contractors were directed that by increasing the progress of the work, the slab work should be completed in the month of April-2022.
During the inspection of Satyam Enclave in Sector-09 and Saryu Enclave in Sector-10, instructions were given to the concerned AEs/JEs and contractors to get the work done in a quality manner and by finalizing the drawing for the construction of the gate in Sector-09 at the earliest. Let the work be started. In Sector-12, instructions were given to increase the progress of road work and start the gate work immediately.
